We Painted Out Arthritis at The Paint Bar!

This past weekend, we raised over $600 for arthritis research while painting away at The Paint Bar! AOII Boston Alumnae and friends were instructed step-by-step in how to paint the painting of the day: "Comm Ave in Winter." 

We started out by pumping out the correct number of pumps for each paint color needed and then our instructor guided us on how to outline the pathways, houses, and eventually all of the snow and trees too! And for those of us needing some more motivation or artistic direction, there were snacks, beer, wine, and mimosas for purchase as well and some of the best $1 pizza slices next door!

This was a great learning experience for us all, and everyone got to take home their own little masterpiece! Hooray for our first ever Painting out Arthritis Fundraiser! And thanks to The Paint Bar for sponsoring our fundraising efforts and for everyone who was able to attend! We are looking forward to seeing you all at future events!
